This ancient Presbytery is located in St. Julia de Bec, a tiny village 50 km south of Carcassonne, near Quillan.Surrounded by hills, mountains and forests,the garden and terrace of Presbytere have an outstanding view of open countryside and it's only a few steps to the Cathar trails.
Le Presbytere is decorated thoughout in harmony with the surroundings. The village of St. Julia de Bec has its own fresh water well and you can even drink from the public fountain or feel the benefit of the water on your skin after a shower.
Ilse Kniesch, the hostess at Le Presbytere, has nearly 30 years experience of living in France, running a series of large stately homes and promoting the language, culture and beauty of this region : The Languedoc Roussillon.
She welcomes you in English, French or German, to this very authentic and natural atmosphere.
